Where Women Founders Build Power Together

OUR STORY

Est. 2019

Before there was Her Founders Collective, there was a movement called Boss Babes of South Florida.

It started with a simple idea: women entrepreneurs needed a space where they could connect, support each other, and celebrate the journey of building something of their own.

At a time when many women were just beginning to step into entrepreneurship, Boss Babes created a community where women could show up as themselves—sharing resources, cheering each other on, building friendships, and reminding each other that success didn’t have to be a lonely road.

What began as a few gatherings quickly grew into a powerful circle of women showing up for brunches, conversations, celebrations, and collaboration. Businesses were launched. Partnerships were formed. Friendships turned into sisterhood.

But as time passed, something beautiful happened.

The women grew.

The side hustles became real companies.
The dreamers became founders.
The beginners became leaders.

Many of the women who once gathered as “boss babes” were now running established businesses, hiring teams, investing in ventures, and building real legacy.

And with that growth came a realization:

The community needed to evolve too.

Not because the original movement ended—but because it matured.

Her Founders Collective was born from that evolution.

The spirit remains the same: connection, support, laughter, and shared experiences among women who understand the entrepreneurial journey. But the focus has shifted to meet women where they are now—founders, builders, leaders, and visionaries.

Today, Her Founders Collective brings together women entrepreneurs who are serious about building businesses, expanding their networks, learning from one another, and still making time to enjoy life together along the way.

We gather around brunch tables, inside mastermind rooms, and through meaningful experiences designed to spark both connection and growth.

Because while businesses evolve, one thing remains true:

Women rise higher when they rise together.
